Community Guidelines

Membership subscription is NOT a personal coaching program. There is NO personalized feedback on individual responses in the community. If you need personal coaching, check out my full TOEFL Speaking package instead. 

1. Speaking-Focused Community

  • This membership is strictly for TOEFL Speaking practice. 
  • No questions related to Reading, Listening, or Writing will be entertained within the group or platform. 
  • Members must stay on topic and contribute to Speaking-related discussions only 

2. Eligibility and Membership Approval

  • Membership is exclusively for individuals interested in improving their TOEFL Speaking skills. 
  • Sherlen Tanner reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if she determines that an individual is attempting to steal information, disrupt the community, or act in bad faith. 
  • All members must provide accurate registration details and agree to these terms before gaining access. 

3. Respectful Conduct

  • Members must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 
  • Any form of bullying, spamming, or inappropriate language will result in immediate removal without a refund. 

4. Feedback and Participation

  • Feedback is only provided when Sherlen creates a specific activity designed for feedback. 
  • General requests for feedback outside of structured activities will not be accommodated. 
  • Members are encouraged to engage in structured exercises, shadowing techniques, and guided speaking tasks. 

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing or attempting to extract proprietary content, methods, or materials for use outside of LangSolution Community is strictly forbidden. 
  • Members cannot record, distribute, or reproduce any course material, lessons, videos, or proprietary information. 
  • Soliciting other members for unrelated services, personal coaching, or external business purposes is not allowed. 

6. No Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. 
  • If a member is removed due to a violation of these terms, they will not be eligible for a refund. 

7. Community Moderation

  • Sherlen Tanner and designated moderators have full discretion to monitor and enforce these rules. 
  • Members who violate any of these terms may receive a warning or be removed immediately without notice 

8. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

By joining LangSolution Membership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
