Your AI team, built inside your teaching business in 10 weeks.

You already know how to teach. Now learn how to design and build your own AI assistants and agents.

I build them with you, and you learn to run them with your students. Every assistant is built on your curriculum, your rubrics, your feedback and your voice, so it stops giving you someone else’s lesson.

Meet your instructor

Sherlen Tanner

Educator. Founder of LangSolution.

I’ve taught English for more than 20 years, to over 5,000 students from 55+ countries, most of them healthcare professionals working toward US licensure. I hold a Graduate Certificate in TESOL, I’m completing my MA in TESOL, and I’m a candidate for the Education Design and Technology certificate at the University of Washington.

When I couldn’t find tools that taught the way I teach, I built my own. I’ve created five AI platforms for exam preparation and accent clarity, giving my students AI feedback, personal mistake tracking and practice tools, all based on my method. I learned what works with real students, and what doesn’t.

My teaching starts with foundations, clear explanations and step-by-step practice. I teach AI the same way. Together we focus on the purpose of each activity, the quality of the material, and your ability to use the tools on your own.

I built AI for my own students first. Now I build it around your method instead of mine.

Who can benefit

Built for educators who want AI to work their way.

Language teachers

ESL, EFL and teachers of any language, online or in person.

Exam preparation teachers

Feedback, practice and progress tracking for all skills, built around your method.

Private tutors

One-to-one teaching with planning, feedback and admin support shaped around how you work.

Language schools and tutoring centers

A shared AI team your teachers can all use, following your school’s standards.

Teachers of other subjects

Every assistant is built from your own materials, whatever you teach.

Teachers building an online business

Intake, scheduling, materials and even your own learning platform, built step by step.

How your AI team grows

Four levels. Each one adds one thing.

Every assistant you build starts simple and grows. Over the 10 weeks, you add your Teaching Brain, then connections to your other tools, then a schedule, so your assistants go from helping when you ask to preparing work for you to approve.

Why this matters

The future of education depends on teachers who lead with technology, not follow it.

I help educators judge new AI tools with a critical eye, think about their impact on students, and design AI that is inclusive, human-centered and actually works in the classroom.

The problem

Almost every teacher is trying AI. Very few are getting real time back.

Here’s what that looks like:

You ask AI for a lesson and get something generic at the wrong level, so you rewrite it anyway

Your method, your rubrics and your best feedback live in your head and in scattered folders, nowhere AI can reach

AI isn’t connected to your email, your calendar or your student records, so every task starts with copy and paste

You’ve tried five different AI apps, and none of them talk to each other

Your evenings still go to prep, grading and messages instead of your students, or your rest

The fix isn’t a better prompt. It’s giving AI your context once, and building a team on top of it.

AI without your context

×Generic lessons at the wrong level

×Feedback that sounds nothing like you

×Worksheets you rebuild from scratch

×A new chat, and a new explanation, every time

One Teaching Brain every assistant reads from

How it fits together

Four layers. Miss one, and the other three don’t work.

By the end of the 10 weeks, you have all four.

01

You

The AI-confident teacher

An AI-powered teaching business starts with a teacher who knows what’s possible. If you only use AI for quick questions, nothing else gets built. So we start with you.

02

Your assistants

They help when you ask

Lesson Planner, Differentiation, Design, Feedback, Practice and Speaking assistants, each set up to work the way you teach.

03

Your agents

They act for you

Your Admin Agent and Team Coordinator handle emails, student information, reminders and handoffs, and bring you everything that needs your approval.

04

The foundation

Your Teaching Brain

Your method, levels, rubrics, voice and common student mistakes in one place. Every assistant and agent reads from it.

Meet your AI team

A whole AI team. One shared Teaching Brain.

Week 1 builds the brain: your method, levels, rubrics, voice and the mistakes your students make most. Every assistant after that reads from it, so nothing starts from zero. Ten core assistants and agents are built during the 10 weeks. That is the program. The bonus ones further down are optional, and you can add them anytime.

How your agents work together

1. Student Progress Agent

Reads results by student code and finds each student’s recurring weak points.

2. Practice Design Agent

Builds targeted practice for those weak points, written in your method.

3. Quality Evaluation Agent

Checks every item for accuracy, level and fit with your rubric.

4. You approve

Nothing reaches a student until you review it and say yes.

Each week you learn an AI skill, and I build the assistant or agent that uses it, all inside Claude. Claude at the center, with other tools added only where they help. Assistants help when you ask. Agents take action for you. Here’s exactly what happens each week.

Weekly

Every week, you build something real that’s working in your teaching business before the next session starts. That’s the difference between a program you finish and one you quit after two weeks.

Week 1: Understand AI. Build your Teaching Brain.

How AI assistants and agents work, what they get wrong, and how to give them context so the answers are actually useful.

Why your Teaching Brain matters

Every assistant in this program is built on your Teaching Brain: your method, voice, levels, rubrics, real feedback and your students’ most common mistakes. So what it writes follows how you teach and sounds like you, not a generic AI template.

I build with you

Your Teaching Brain: one AI workspace holding your curriculum, levels, rubrics, voice and the mistakes your students make most.

Week 2: Plan lessons around learning goals.

Ask AI for models, explanations, guided activities and independent practice, then judge what to keep.

Why it matters

Your Lesson Planner starts from your goals, your format and your timing, so the first draft already looks like your lessons. You spend your time judging and improving the plan instead of building it from a blank page.

Why it matters

One class, many levels. Your Differentiation Assistant turns one text or task into versions for each level and learner need, using the supports you choose, so every student can take part in the same lesson.

Why it matters

Clear, readable materials help every learner. Your Design Assistant turns your lesson content into slides, handouts and visuals in your own style, so they look professional without hours of formatting.

Why it matters

Your Feedback Assistant drafts comments from your rubric and the way you actually write to students. You read, edit and approve every word, so students get feedback that sounds like you.

Week 6: Track progress and report it clearly.

Turn scattered notes and scores into patterns you can act on.

Why it matters

Your Progress Tracker turns your notes into a clear record of each student’s patterns, using codes, never personal details. Drafted reports give you a starting point for updates that you review first.

I build with you

Your AI Progress Tracker: a mistake log for each student, weekly progress notes and reports for parents, sponsors or employers.

Week 7: Develop guided practice and student support.

Give learners hints and explanations while keeping them doing the thinking, and set safe rules for student-facing AI.

Why it matters

Students need practice between lessons. Your Practice Coach gives hints instead of answers, so students still do the thinking, and your Q&A Assistant answers only from materials you’ve approved.

I build with you

Your AI Practice Coach for study guides, drills and review sets, plus a Student Q&A Assistant that answers only from your materials. You test it and approve its rules before any student gets the link, and students sign in with their own free Claude account to use it.

Week 8: Build speaking, listening and audio resources.

Create audio and voice practice that sounds natural and fits your students’ level.

Why it matters

Speaking and listening need a lot of practice. Your coach builds prompts, model answers and listening activities at the right level, and with voice mode you can try them out loud before your students do.

Week 9: Automate your work and communication.

The difference between an assistant and an agent, and how to let AI take safe actions for you.

Why it matters

Admin eats into teaching time. Your Admin Agent drafts emails, organizes intake and prepares reminders on a schedule, and you approve each message before it is sent.

Put it all together on one real course or unit, and present what you built.

Why it matters

Separate assistants are useful. A connected team is better. Your Coordinator passes work from planning to practice to feedback and flags what needs you, so the whole system runs the way you teach.

We love teachers

We’re not replacing teachers. We’re giving them their time back.

AI assistants don’t replace you. They take over the work that never needed a teacher in the first place: retyping materials, formatting reports, chasing homework, answering the same question for the tenth time. Teachers build the relationships. Teachers make the judgment calls. Teachers bring the patience and care no AI can.

But the teacher’s role is changing. The most valuable teacher is no longer the one who does the most work. It’s the one who can design the systems that do the work, and spend her energy on her students.

Nobody becomes a teacher to spend Sunday nights formatting worksheets and answering emails. We become teachers for the moment a student finally gets it. That’s what this program protects.

For schools and institutions

We’re not replacing your teachers. We’re training them.

AI is already in your teachers’ lives and your students’ lives. The question is whether your teachers know how to use it well. I teach them to use powerful AI tools with confidence, so they spend less time on paperwork and more time teaching.

More productive teachers. Better materials. More time for students.

Talk to me about training your team →

Teachers stay at the center

Your teachers keep the relationships, the judgment and the classroom. AI takes the prep, formatting and admin that pull them away from students.

One shared Teaching Brain

Your curriculum, levels and rubrics in one place, so every teacher’s assistants follow the same standards.

Privacy and AI policy built in

Student information stays protected, and we help you write clear AI rules for staff and students.

Professional development that sticks

A kickoff workshop, then 10 weeks of live building. Teachers leave with assistants they actually use, not just a certificate.

Teaching comes first

Built for how teaching actually works.

A general AI course won’t cover what matters when your work reaches real students. These rules run through every week.

You stay the teacher

AI drafts. You decide. Nothing reaches a student until you’ve approved it. For tools students use directly, you approve their instructions and materials, test them before students get access, and fix problems as soon as they show up.

Student privacy first

First names or student codes only, never personal details. We check your school’s data rules before Week 1.

Your method, not a template

Every assistant follows your levels, your rubrics and the way you correct mistakes.

Honest about limits

AI can be wrong. You’ll learn where to trust it, where to check it and how to spot a bad answer fast.

Students still do the thinking

AI gives hints and practice, not answers. Every student-facing tool is built to keep learners working, not copying.

Inclusive by design

Materials that are readable, accessible and fair for every learner, including multilingual students and different needs.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need to know AI already?+

No. If you can use email and Google Drive, you can run an AI team. I do the building and setup, and we practice on every call until it feels normal.

Will this replace my teaching?+

No. Your AI team takes over prep, drafts and admin so you have more time for the part only you can do.

What subjects does this work for?+

Any subject you teach. My examples come from English language teaching and IELTS preparation, my home ground. Every assistant is built from your own materials, so the same system works for academic tutoring, music and professional training.

What about my students’ privacy?+

We never load full names, contact details or ID numbers. Students appear as first names or codes. If you work with a school, we check its data policy first.

Do I own what you build?+

Yes. Everything is built inside your own accounts and stays yours.

What if I miss a week?+

Every call is recorded, and each assistant comes with a written guide so you can catch up.

Can I get a refund?+

Reach out to Sherlen for details.
